Initial evaluations are conducted in two separate visits:

  First Visit (30-60 min): Complete initial patient forms and schedule initial appointment with clinician. Payment for the entire initial evaluation is due at this first visit.

  Second Visit (80 min): Comprehensive appointment with the clinician. 

Follow-Up Appointments can be booked at the end of each appointment or by calling 719-694-2542. 

Trinity Institute only accepts check & credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) payments for services. There will be a $25 fee for any check returned due to non-sufficient funds.

Patients are required to pay in advance for services. Payment for a follow up appointment is due at the time of scheduling the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with us, you are reserving that time for you and you alone. 

If you miss an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 business hours ahead of the appointment time, you will be charged the full amount for that appointment.
